Licensing

The Jaguar family of products provides robust client and server side processing based on Robbins Gioia’s unmatched and proven scheduling algorithms Robbins Gioia (RG) products openly integrate with standard systems through the most scalable APIs in our chosen markets. Predicated on industry standard application programming languages (e.g., Java; VB.Net; C#.Net; ASP; C and C++; and other COM compliant languages) RG’s Jaguar family of products reside in a category by themselves. There are no comparable software tools on the market that come close to matching the performance, flexibility, and extensibility of the Jaguar family of products.

Jaguar Family License Specifications: Licensing across our family of products is based on a per platform and a per server basis. Per server is defined as hardware, virtualized environment, operating system, RDMS engine, and database instance which accesses the algorithm. Supported Platforms

Enterprise commercial pricing for the Jaguar scheduling technology ranges from $750 to $1,000,000 per server and per instance. Multiple server and instance discounts are available.

Government Pricing: Call for Quote.

Commercial pricing for products within the Jaguar family ranges from $750 per seat for the client side version of our Critical Chain processing add-in for Microsoft Project, CCPM+, to $1,000,000 for our server-side artificial intelligence algorithm Jaguar Evolver.

MaintenanceJaguar Maintenance: Robbins Gioia (RG) understands the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest releases of platform components. Since the release of CAT in 1985, RG has independently invested more than 30 million dollars in our core processing algorithms, which comprise today’s Jaguar family of products. RG will make a reasonable effort to provide updates no more than 90 days after the production release of platform dependent updates. Support Plan Options Percentage of Total License Fee

All maintenance charges are:

• Subject to change based on “true up” or architectural review and identification of foundational operating platform components or “Supported Platforms” annually.

8/5 20% per year, per supported platform component

• 8 hours per day/5 days per week

• 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST

• 20% of your original total software license purchase year

• First Year maintenance due at license execution

Upgrades

Robbins Gioia offers 100% credit of original software purchase value towards any upgrade to a more advanced Jaguar family component(s).
