What does this all mean?
• SME is comparable to other campuses state wide • Strengths are in areas of
communication/collaboration, content area connections and infrastructure as a whole
• Weakness: EDUCATOR PREPARATION and DEVELOPMENT
What do we do?
• Continue to build on our strengths
• Use communication and collaboration to increase technology skills and competency among teachers
• Ear mark some of the campus budget for additional professional development, especially for integration of technology in all content areas
FUTURE PLANS
Continue to use the Campus STaR Chart, as well as other surveys and assessment tools, to monitor progress and modify our long range plans as necessary to reflect changes while maintaining sight of our ultimate goal.
