Mr. Doyle is a managing member of Rmetrics, a financial management firm specializing in the recovery and monetization of distressed assets for bankruptcy trustees, law firms and banks. With over 30 years of asset recovery, civil and fraud litigation expertise, Rmetrics provides comprehensive technical analysis, fiduciary over sight managers with extensive experience as a court appointed trustee. Rmetrics has cultivated a domestic and international network of experts in multiple financial disciplines, and has done asset recovery work literally around the globe.

Mr. Doyle combines his leadership skills and a vast political network as the CEO of Rmetrics. Thomas Creal, CPA

Mr. Creal is a managing member of Remtrics. In his capacity with Rmetrics Mr. Creal is cur-rently serving as a Panel Expert for the United Nations regarding forensic accounting matters involving the Republic of Liberia. Mr. Creal served as the Chief of Staff for the Loleta Didrickson Administration at the Office of the Illinois State Comptroller, and as the lead Partner for the ac-counting firm of Checkers, Simon & Rosner.

He has served as the lead forensic accountant on various missions for the country of Liberia regarding tax compliance issues, anti-money laundering, the development of evidence for civil recovery legal actions, and war crimes prosecution against the former regime. That engage-ment resulted in considerable time spent in country, and a very exhaustive education about United Nations protocol relative to international loss recovery.

Creal also led the development of the Advanced Investigators Training School for all FDIC & RTC investigators pursuing Bank/S&L fraud and other civil legal actions. From 1991 through 1994, he taught over 1,000 professionals from the FDIC and the RTC.
