Relationship between Cultural Diversity and Organizational Culture with its impact on

Introduction to the Project
Variety of factors affect Job Satisfaction and performance of employees towards overall Organizational Effectiveness
Limiting our study to how Organizational Culture and Cultural Diversity influence Job Satisfaction, which in turn affects Organizational Effectiveness
Literature Surveyed and Findings from the literature
Amanda (1993) stated Organizational culture is looked upon as both the source of problems and the basis for solutions if things go wrong
Peter Lok (2003) investigated investigate the effects of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction and commitment
Sabri, Ilyas, Amjad (2011) concluded that effects of organizational culture is positive and significant on job satisfaction of teachers of higher education institutes and universities of Lahore
Parul Bhati (2012) established positive relationship between Organizational Culture and performance as well as productivity
Gap Areas IdentifiedAmanda (1993): Her study included ethics as an
additional parameter to study impact of organizational culture
Peter Lok (2003): Managers were working in MNCs or in family owned businesses?
Sabri, Ilyas, Amjad (2011): Conducted the study aimed at teachers of the University of Lahore

The three hypotheses for study: H0: Organizational Culture has a significant
positive influence on Job Satisfaction
H1: Cultural Diversity has a significant positive influence on Job Satisfaction
H2: Job Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Organizational Effectiveness

The survey instrument was floated in MDI and other organizations to collect primary data
Data Analysis Plan The Statistical Package for Social Science version 20.0
(SPSS 20.0) and the Analysis of Moments Structure (AMOS 4.0) will be used to analyze the data
The reliability of the questionnaire will be checked
Goodness-of-fit index (GFI), the comparative fit index (CFI), and the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) will be used to check the fit
