208 toddlers receive one personal assistant each.
98 toddlers receive one personal nurse each.
In some cases, a number of nurses were employed
in one rehabilitation daycare center without
medical justification.

Conclusions:
We need to update the rehabilitative daycare concept
and regulations. We suggest: One nurse for every ten toddlers with medical needs.
Provide suitable training to the personal assistants, so that they could carry out more medical
procedures. 10
