The above tariff applies from 28 April 2018 until 26 April 2019. Non-Members are charged an additional fee.

A $100 Deposit per unit, per week is required within fourteen (14) days to confirm all bookings. A 10% administration fee will be deducted from refunds. Advance payments are non-refundable for cancellations within twenty eight (28) days of the booking.

For High and Peak Periods the balance of the tariff is to be paid twenty eight (28) days prior to the commencement of the High and/or Peak Period.

The tariff may vary from the date of booking to the date of occupancy. The tariff that applies at the date of occupancy will be charged. Credit card facilities are available.

To maintain a high standard of accommodation and to keep rentals at an affordable rate your assistance in leaving the unit in a clean and tidy condition for the next guest will be appreciated.

● Unit rental is from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays otherwise a minimum of two nights.

● Check-In: 2.00PM until 4.30PM. If arriving after hours please contact the Resort Manager.

● Check-out time is 10.00am on the day of departure. Late check-out times are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

● Self-contained, SMOKE FREE, reverse cycle air conditioned units accommodate a maximum of six (6) persons.

● Wheelchair and easy access units available and disabled lift for the swimming pool.

● Pets are not allowed at the Resort.

● Bedding consists of 1 queen, 2 singles & a double sofa bed (Queen Bed is made. Extra linen packs provided on request). Please bring your own Beach Towel.

● Units are fully furnished with fridge, stove, microwave oven, iron, toaster, jug, cutlery, cooking utensils, DVD Player and HD Digital TV.

● Furniture must not be taken outside the unit. Outdoor settings are provided.

● Communal Laundry facilities are available. Coin operated washing machines and dryers

● Electric BBQ’s and picnic settings are located throughout the Resort.

● Trampoline, Swimming pool and Playground equipment are available throughout the Resort. Children must be supervised at all times.
