A typical Junior School of 300 pupils printing over 10,000 items weekly, from newsletters to worksheets, and copying of pupils’ proud work for displays.

With 98 printing devices, some of which were old, slow and problematic, and cartridges taking up space, there was little control of print volumes, costs, or routing. A cost-effective and time-effi cient solution was needed.

The school consolidated its print solution, introducing 8 RISO printers. Around 20 smaller devices are used for localised printing, but larger jobs use RISOs; ideal for their current print volume of 3.5 million items a year.
