  8. 8. The stages of a risk assessment What is your activity? (People involves, equipment, time and place) What are the risks to EVERYONE concerned? How high are the risks? (low, high) What are the measures in place? (Evaluate them ) What can you add to make it safer? Create a list of things to do to make it safer DO IT! (It is important to let people responsible for applying control measures know that this required of them.)
