Risk Strategies to overcome risk

Who is responsible

Wires. Possibility of tripping over them and falling.. Possibility of getting wrapped around equipment and causing it to fall.

Make sure that all wires are placed somewhere safe and out of the way of people and equipment if possible.

Alexandra

. Lights becoming too hot, potential to burn someone if they touch them.

Make sure the lights are set in the correct position so they don’t have to be repeatedly moved once turned on.

Amy

. Electric shocks from plugging equipment into sockets.

Make sure all socket switches are turned off until the plug has been correctly inserted into the socket, then turning the switch on

Layout of the equipment

Map a layout plan of where we want the equipment placed so everyone in the shoot knows where everything is.

Drums Possible risk of tripping over the drums, this can be avoided by possibly having someone move them or make sure everyone is aware of where they are in the room.

Computer chairs Make sure if the chairs are not being used that they are under the table to avoid anyone falling over them.

Financial Problems Keep everything low budget so the cost
