Hazards Identified Describe Hazard and Those at Risk Existing Control Systems Confined Space We will be filming in confined spaces and

at times all doors and windows may be closed. Whole group is at risk.

Be aware and don’t lock any doors.

Electricity Lights and plug sockets could electrocute someone. Whole group at risk.

Use standard light switches and be careful.

Fire If there is a fire the whole group could be in danger.

There are standard fire exits and fire extinguishers.

Hand Tools There are hand tools around our setting, which could injure someone. Whole group at risk.

Be aware and be careful when around the tools.

Slips and Trips There could be things on the floor that someone could slip or trip on and could hurt themselves. Whole group at risk.

Be careful when walking around the setting.

Violence Actors have to stimulate a murder and therefore there is potential someone could get hurt. Actors involved in that scene at risk.

Be careful when filming this scene.

Weather We don’t know what the weather is going to be like, could be dangerous weather for filming. Whole group at risk.

Just be aware of what the weather could be like and be prepared.

Working Environment Lights and wires around the studio and other places we filmed could lead to danger. Whole group at risk.

Be careful of props and equipment around the studio.

Work Organization Other groups’ using the studio when filming could get in each other’s way by mistake and cause an accident. Whole group at risk.

Be aware of other people and groups filming.

Work Equipment Camera and lights around the studio can be dangerous or cause accidents if used in the wrong way. Whole group at risk.

Be careful when handling the equipment and be aware of props being used.
