The camera person may trip over the wires whilst filming which could injure the person and damage the camera equipment. Equipment could be stolen I need to have the correct equipment Anyone in the office could trip over anything on the floor. The equipment needs to be used appropriately.

The wires need to be kept neat so people can walk around safely and would not get wires tangled to their foot which could lead then to trip over. The equipment has to be with the crew through out the production so nothing goes missing. I will need to double check be organised by planning what equipment I exactly need. I will make everyone aware to avoid any injury. The camera equipment needs to be used and treated responsibly, needs to be used correctly to avoid damage to any equipment.
