Objective & Strategy

• Have a large presence to increase awareness and improve perceptions

• Occupy stand that provides information through displays and offers ART products for sale

• Stand to be flanked by CC Ringing Centres Committee and CC Education Committee stands

• ART to present a 50 minute seminar to an approximate audience of 50-60 people in separate room

Venue – Newbury – Internal

Large internal space on ground floor is likely to be for main exhibitors, including ART

Sloped ceilings and beams present difficulties in projecting upwards

Plan of stand. Includes 2 wombels to be shared with RC and Education. A ‘welcome’ desk which will be our main sales area. Rear of the stand to be information displays and another projector. Screens showing our DVDs at the front of the stand.
