USB DrivesRimage Fulfillment Services produces USB drives on demand in a range of styles, and in sizes from 4 GB - 128 GB. Each drive can be printed with your branding in full color, or may be left unprinted if desired. For MOD applications, the reverse side of the USB will contain a printed data matrix code to ensure quality control.

External Hard Drives (HDDs) Appropriate for large volumes of data, our external Hard Disk Drives (HDD) range in size from 1 TB to 3 TB. The HDD has a USB 3.0 storage interface. Some clients use HDD as “data shuttles” to pass large data sets to their customer base, then recirculate the HDD back to Rimage for use in the next data cycle.

Rimage Fulfillment Services supports a variety of options as you consider how to deliver your digital content. Not only will you determine what media and packaging formats you prefer, but you also can fully customize your design for the disc label using tools provided within the software and/or through your API. Additionally, Rimage Fulfillment Services offers several shipping options based on your desired delivery timeframes.

Optical mediaRimage Fulfillment Services offers multiple options of CD, DVD, and Blu-ray disc™ size and surface types. Print options include inkjet and thermal retransfer (Everest) and monochrome thermal printing (Prism).

SD CardsSD Cards are similar in nature to USB, but limited in that they cannot be customized themselves. Sizes range from 4 GB - 128 GB.

DVD CaseTraditional black DVD cases are available in sizes to hold 1 - 10 discs. Each case accepts a printed cover wrap for your product messaging. Include a single or multi-page insert if desired for additional messaging.

Digipak The Digipak uses environmentally-friendly paperboard packaging, with a high-quality plastic disc tray to securely hold the disc. The standard Digipak is similar in size to a jewel case; the DVD Digipak is taller, like standard DVD packaging.

Album Box Made of clear propylene with a printed cover wrap for your product messaging, the Album Box offers the look of a hardcover book for collections of up to 30 discs.

Wallet Box Environmentally-friendly Wallet Box packaging is made entirely of cardstock, and holds from 3-24 discs. The Wallet Box is a “two-tuck” box, with top and bottom flaps that tuck inside to fully secure the interior wallets containing the discs.

Jewel Case Jewel Cases are the most common type of case for CDs, especially for music releases. Printed inserts and tray cards can include your product messaging.

Mailer The most cost-effective way to send out high-quality CD, DVD, and Blu-ray discs or USB drives. Printed on-demand, this option allows you to personalize each product with targeted messaging and artwork.

Paper Sleeves Paper Sleeves are your ultimate quick packaging solution for any occasion, cost-effective and eco-friendly.

Customized Whatever your need may be for packaging, we will work with you to procure and supply. Options include customized USB boxes, software boxes and license keys, multi-disc beauty boxes, leather folios, client-branded mailing containers, etc.

Bulk Packaging When you just need discs, bulk packaging is the way to go, with 50 or 100-count stacks or spindles. Blu-ray Disc™ is a trademark of the Blu-ray Disc Association.
