Rikvin Incorporation Division

The company registration team is primarily responsible for incorporating Singapore companies for individuals and corporate entities, both local and foreign. Our experitise includes the registration of private limited companies, subsidiary companies, branch offices, representative offic-es, offshore companies, and Singapore shell companies, among others.

Rikvin Relocation and Immigration Division

Rikvin is a licensed employment agency with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and offers a full spectrum of work visa processing services which include performing a coordination and liaison role, cov-ering application submissions, renewals, tracking and troubleshooting. Our relocation and immigration team has a success rate of 99%.

Rikvin Corporate Secretarial Division

The Corporate Secretarial division provides turnkey corporate solutions to a number of domestic firms, from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to multi-national corporations (MNCs). This department is pri-marily responsible for ensuring compliance to all of Singapore’s statu-tory requirements.

Rikvin Accounting and Taxation Division

The Taxation department provides corporate accounting, payroll man-agement and taxation services to a diverse range of clients across indus-tries.
