Situation

We need to: Expand our outreach Raise more money Do more events

Action

This is the following things we need to do to acquire a new building and more staff: we will talk about the building/headquarter size, when to recruit new employees, and last of all is how we will spend the money we raised from the fundraisers.

We will search with real estate agents in the area for places that are around 1000 ft. x 500 ft.

We will start allowing the hiring process if someone quits or is fired; the official hiring period starts on April 1st and ends on August 31st.

We will spend our money improve the quality of our items, expanding our outreach by buying new buildings, and on hiring employees.

We should also have a main fundraising event and small events, instead of only small events. A main event would:

Expand our outreach Help raise a lot more money Help us do more events in the future.

Recommendation

We have a number of recommendations to address the problems we are faced with.

We could place our events in mid to large population areas: This will make it so people will notice the events more and if needed/wanted would could put ads in newspapers and other things.

We could buy a large complex for a headquarters: This would make for better organization and planning.

We could incorporate a short advertisement that is looped to play at events: This would show people who attend the events what our mission is and what we do.

Implementations

With the money raised last year we will improve and buy new items. We will make sure that each non-fundraising event will have at least 5 snowmobiles. We want to make new outreach buildings in Montana, Alaska, and Michigan; these

will cost around $200,000 for the buildings. We will make sure that each outreach building has at least $50,000 in the bank for

emergencies. We will improve the work environment overall.

Evaluation

The new improvements we are planning on doing will make us look, and be, more professional and expand our outreach to cancer patients. To pay for these improvements we are going to use some of the money we raised last year through our generous contributors and through your contributions today. 5 days ago we made a deal with Canada Tire that we would get specially made snowmobile ski tires for all of our snowmobiles for in the summer and they could have the advertisements on all of our brochures, websites, and videos and they would get $25,000.
