Company Description:

RideConnect is a company that will allow customers to call or go online and find what transportation providers (taxi’s, buses, etc..) are available to pick them up and take them to their destination. Transportation providers will map out the areas they provide. These “areas” are saved in the database. So, if the customer has a start and destination address that are both inside an area that a provider services, then the customer can find out more information about the provider (such as the phone number so they can call the provider’s business and ask them for a ride).

If the customer calls rideconnect, employees will be waiting by the phones to take the call (every call must be tracked)

If the customer goes online, they can search address and view info about providers (all of this is tracked also)

There a 4 types of users: Admin, employee, customer, and Trans. Provider
