Rick Pedrosa is a reputed professional in Miami who specializes in real estate and construction areas. He holds more than 20 years of rich experience in developing, renovating, and reselling residential and commercial properties across Florida. Besides this, he is also an expert in business development and management, and has worked with mortgage and information technology industries.

Rick has oral and written fluency in English and Spanish, and also has working knowledge of Portuguese. As the Branch Manager of High Tech Lending, he is responsible for generating new business through presentation of bank products and providing loan counseling to clients.

In 1999 Rick joined The Home Mortgage Specialist serving as the President/Owner, he was responsible for managing a sizeable and profitable mortgage brokerage operation. He established strong relationships with realtors, brokers, and other professionals as well as his own loan officers teams. Much of this experience was gained from his previous endeavors with Equitable Funding Group and Aames Home Loan.

These undertakings allowed him to establish responsibility for a personal monthly sales production of over $1.5 million, to increased branch production, to expanded branch product lines, and to manage and train loan officers and other essential staff. His early career at DTK Computers, gave Rick excellent sales performance, and as a result earned him a promotion to Management. Here he successfully grew annual division revenues to $150 million from $60 million.
