Ministry Fair Come attend our third annual Ministry Fair in the Gill this Sunday following each worship service. It is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to find at least one place to serve in the ministries of the Richmond Hill United Methodist Church. You will receive a Ministry Interest Card during the worship service. Please complete the name and contact information requested on the form. Then following worship, visit the Ministry Fair. All ministry areas listed on your interest form will have a representative to answer questions and provide information. Included in this year’s Ministry Fair is the written opportunity to express your interest in serving on standing committees of the church, i.e., Trustees, Finance, Staff-Parish, and Lay Leadership (Nominations). The Lay Leadership committee welcomes your input for their process. What do you do with the card? If you already know the ministry areas that interest you, then you may complete the Ministry Interest Card and place it in the offering plate during the service. If you want to know more about what is offered, then go to the Gill. Following your time there, we hope you will have identified one or more ministries that interest you. If so, please complete the form and place it in the drop box located in the Gill.

SAVE THE DATE!!
Our church will be hosting this event,
which is a fundraiser for Family Promise of
Bryan County. We will need lots of volunteers from our
congregation to help in many different ways, including working concessions, acting as ushers and greeters, selling tickets, spreading the word, and of
course, coming to enjoy lots of different kinds of Christian music! Vendor booths are available for $35 each, and we are seeking sponsors as well. Watch your email for all the details, or contact
Jeanne Wallace for more info.
NEXT GENERAL MEETING TUESDAY, AUGUST 11 @ 7:00pm at RHUMC (Curry Fellowship Hall). Join us to see how you can help end childhood homelessness in Bryan County! Look for our booth at the Ministry Fair!
During campmeeting month, as always, we welcome your requests of favorite hymns!
