In general, managed the physical facilities, real property, utilities and operational services that enable a community to function. Managed a 2 square mile self-sustained installation, 850+ facilities, $165M installation infrastruture development program. The last six years construction program totals $87.9M for 145 projects. Developed and implemented the installation’s first infrastructure long range plans, environmental management programs, energy and water conservation programs, renewable energy program, and LEED initiatives. Selected to brief commanders and civilian leaders on long-term infrastructure development and investment plans. Skillful crisis manager, advisor, representative & coordinator; active, tireless involvement & coordination with local organizations & utility companies reduced the impact on ops and relocation of facilities, cost avoidance $20M. Appointed as a Source Selection Board member for 5 major contracts ($270M).
