Responsible for the financial and operational performance of U.S. operations for a borehole geophysical service company, specializing in fracture detection using low frequency stacked disk arrayed sonic downhole tool. Responsible for overseeing field testing and future design improvements for the prototype downhole tool. Designed and oversaw fabrication of the Field Data Acquisition Sytem consisting of a PC based data acquisition computer, recording truck to serve as the recording unit and facilitate transportaiton of equipment to the wellsite, with self contained power generators, and independent wireline depth control. Company was headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

DIVISION MANAGER, SEISMIC REFERENCE SERVICE, GEARHART INDUSTRIES/GEOSOURCE GEOPHYSICAL. Complete fiscal and operational performance of the bore seismic division, of a major geophysical service contractor providing borehole seismic services (VSP and Checkshot services). Directed three domestic field offices and provided technical and operational support for Gearhart International operations. Designed and oversaw the fabrication of a diesel powered, twin compressor field unit to be used in remote locations and capable of being transported in a DC3. Oversaw the development and manufacture of a portable coalesced tuned airgun array system to be used in offshore Walkaway Vertical Seismic Profiles and Checkshot surveys and portable airgun systems to be used in remote land based well sites. Coordinated and over saw the development and production of a hydraulic actuating 3-D gimbaled downhole geophone. Included assignments in Ecuador, Brazil and Colombia
