This is to certify that Mr. Richard Armstrong, UK passport holder 099264656, has been employed as an Electrical Project Manager by our company, REGIONAL DELTA Gen.Trad. &Cont. Co, since January 2015. Mr. Richard has been in charge of planning and executing the electrical installation works forming part of a camp construction project carried out for BGP Inc, an offshoot of the Chinese National Petroleum Company (CNPC) in the north of Kuwait. Mr. Richard has a long association with our company, having taken a similar role with us for another contract we completed for CNPC back in 2010, during which time we fabricated and installed a base camp for the CNPC management in Berjesia, (Basra), Iraq. He has also collaborated with our company on a number of other projects, most notably in Kandahar, Afghanistan and the Contingency Operating Base (COB) at Basra International Airport.
