RICE WITH MILK

INGREDIENTS

A litre of milk

100 gr of rice

2 branches of cinnamon

A lemon

20gr of butter o margarine

Cinnamon

utensils

You need a pot , a wooden spoon , a knife , a bowl

1st step

Put the milk into a pot to cook over a medium heat. Add some suga, the cover of lemon and the braches of cinnamon till it boils

2nd step

Meanwhile wash the rice well whith cold water.Add the rice to the pot when it's boiling and low the fire

3rd step

Mix the ingredients for an hour together gently with a spoon. When it gets little milk turn the fire off

4th step

Remove the cover of lemon and the branches of cinnamon. Add the margarine remove till it melts.

5th step

Leave it to get a good temperature then decorate with some cinnamon and it is just ready to serve
