The Different Process in
OM PRAKASH SURYAWANSHI
Today rice is one of the most important &
major food grain of the world.
Nearly 1/2 to 2/3 of total world population
has totally adopted rice as their main food.
Rice milling technique improve the
nutritional, cooking & Eating quality of rice.
Basic flow chart of rice milling process
Removing of foreign matter from paddy,sach as stone, pebbles, dirt, dust & husk.
