Ingredients

1. 2 tbsp olive oil

2. 1 ½ cups onions, finely chopped.

3. 1 ½-garlic cloves, minced.

4. 1-cup white rice, uncooked

5. 2 cups vegetable broth

6. 1 tsp ground cumin.

7. ½ Cayenne peppers

8. 3 ½ cups black beans, canned.

Method

1. Take a pan and preheat it.

2. Now add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

3. Heat the oil for few seconds.

4. Now add finely chopped onions to the oil and stir until it get transparent.

5. Then add minced garlic cloves to the pan and stir for four minutes or accordingly.
