Aer a eld trip to Cuba, our studio took on the task of designing aferry terminal that would provide service between Havana and Miami.Inspired by Union Station Los Angeles and Pomona College, I designedthe building in a Spanish Colonial Revival style, whose Spanish originaand prevalent use by American architects would symbolize the twocities’ shared history.

Resort District Master Plan · San Juan, Puerto RicoInternship at V Architecture, Summer 2014
At V Architecture in San Juan, I worked as an Urban Design Intern andled the design for a waterfront resort district which would include 9 hotels,a water park, ferry terminals, and a Crystal Lagoon (an articial beach).
e resort is part of a larger urban redevelopment project aimed at turningSSan Juan’s old airport and its surrounding browneld into luxury housing andrecreational facilities adjacent to the existing convention center and cruise port.
I worked with a multi-disciplinary team—including the rm’s Managing Principal,Senior Design Architect, and Graphic Communications Director—to preparethe area development plan of the project.
e diagram below shows the program for the master plan. Although the projectchanged many times, the program remained faithful to this initial parti.

Rondo’s Romp
is is a video game I have been designing during my free time for the past three years using GameMaker Studio.I am programming all the code, drawing all the graphics, creating all the animations, and designing all the levels. For the design of the main character, I drew inspiration from my dog; I started by drawing a realistic sketch ofhis face, and then I turned him into a cartoony and anthropomorphic character.
