Heat your grill to medium high. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Sear each side for a minute or two. Move steaks to a lower heat and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium rare. Cook longer if you like your steak medium or well done. Take off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
