At Memphis Barbecue Company, we operate Made-From-Scratch Kitchens utilizing the highest quality ingredients available. Our Chicken, Beef, and Pork are fresh, never frozen and we source local produce at each store. We can accommodate many special menu requests, and routinely handle events for several thousand people. For Delivery service we have a 250.00 minumum order. Delivery fees vary by location, but have a minimum fee of $30.00. Includes delivery and drop off of items, and serving utensils. As we routinely book up on certain days, please call in advance to secure your date. Deposit may be required. For our Full Service Buffet, which includes 1-2 hours of service, tablecloths, chafing dish set up and breakdown, and removal of chafing items, please add 15% service fee, minimum $100.00.
