Optional evening training is offered for extra practice, routine evaluation, routine choreography or performance routine practice for the final showcase (which parents are invited to attend). Along with gymnastics, we have 1,150 acres of FUN! Activities include swimming, rock climbing, adventure courses, and more! All campers will work on basic elements, progressions, advanced element training cardio conditioning and fitness, stretching and event training sessions. June 28 - July 3
