This offering comes in our NEW colour scheme with easy to read and identification crossbar lengths for both the VORTEX bar and exisiting HEAVY DUTY bar.

n What are the Major Changes with the Vortex introduction? 1. We have consolidated our range of Aero Bars 2. We have reduced your Stock Holding without reducing the range. 3. We have added the NEW VGS rubber as a standard part. 4. We have introduced NEW packaging 5. We have added Article Numbers for Roof Rack Systems. 6. We are launching our NEW Website to coincide with our NEW Roof Rack System offering.

n Does the Vortex Bar replace all existing Rhino-Rack Aero Bars? All except the SB’s. You will still be able to purchase these bars.

n Can I buy my Vortex bars in Bulk packs? What are they? Yes - Call Rhino-Rack or your Sales Representative for more info. Rhino-Rack will pack 8 bars per outer carton.

n What happens to my existing stock? All your existing stock is saleable. Rhino-Rack will NOT be exchanging stock or accepting returns.

n Do all of the exisiting Rhino-Rack accessories fit the new Vortex bar? Yes: All accessories designed for Rhino-Rack Aero Bars will fit the New Vortex bar

n Is the Vortex bar as strong as the previous Aero bars? Yes.

n With the new Vortex bar slot length, how do I convert my existing DK kits that reference the old slot length? DK fitting instructions have been updated. A separate broadcast will contain the link to all the new instructions for you to reference and download. We Suggest, you do an inventory count of your exisiting DK kits and print off the required updates and insert into your current stock on hand and mark the box with a YELLOW dot. Also note, We have provided a convenient slot length Conversion Chart for each DK kit.

n Can I still look up an old SXB, DA or DH kit and work out what I require in the new system? Yes: We have provided Conversion Charts for your reference.

n Will the Website be updated for customers to order the new part numbers? Yes: this will be Launched on 1st November 2013

n With my existing stock of Rhino Rack Aero Bars. Can I Purchase the VGS Rubber to replace the smooth Channel Rubber if my customers request this. Yes: Contact your Sales Representative to organise your requirements

n How will the DS, RS and Sportz Range be different? These systems will remain the same. No Change in the current Packaging.

n What is the benefit of this new Vortex bar over existing? The Vortex Bar: 1. Consolidates the existing features of all the Aero bars into one. Except for the SB Aero Crossbar which do not require the underbar slot. 2. Significant reduction in Wind noise on specific vehicles 3. Overall, your inventory levels are decreased “

n Can I still buy the Smooth Channel rubber if requested? Yes. You can buy this by the metre. Refer to the “Optional Accessories table” for more information.
