ARD Inc. requests quotations for supply and delivery of 40 water tanks for vegetable fermentation- pickling on the below technical details: Items to be supplied: 1 40 plastic tanks of 1000 liters capacity 40 plastic water tanks with capacity of 1000 liters each or total 40000liters The material used in production of plastic tanks need to fit the food standards The plastic tanks will be used for vegetable fermentation- pickling The tanks should be horizontal shape with lead on the top QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS

ARD would like to purchase 40 water tanks for vegetable fermentation-pickling for fruit and veegetable processing company in Kosovo. ARD Inc. requests quotations for supply and delivery of 40 water tanks for vegetable fermentation- pickling on the below technical details:Items to be supplied:140 plastic tanks of 1000 liters capacity
40 plastic water tanks with capacity of 1000 liters each or total 40000liters The material used in production of plastic tanks need to fit the food standards
The plastic tanks will be used for vegetable fermentation- pickling
The tanks should be horizontal shape with lead on the top
QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS Quotation for the items listed above shall be delivered to New Opportunities for Agriculture Program no later than 4:00 pm Thursday, 31st July 2014. Since NOA project is USAID funded project, all amounts in offer should be VAT free or VAT should be clearly marked on the offer.
Bidders shall submit one (1) bid with their quotation, clearly marked 40 plastic tanks of 1000litter capacity, in a sealed envelope to:
New Opportunities for Agriculture Program, Radovan Zogovic str. No.1, Pejton, Pristina, Kosovo 10000, Attention: Mr. Aziz Pllana.
The selected company will need to deliver the requested equipment by August, 15 2014.
Equipment needs to have at least one year guaranty.
The selected company shall be able to maintain the equipment and have in stock the spare parts.
Payment terms:
To be negotiated with the vendor.
ARD, Inc. reserves the right to inspect system components before shipment at the place of supply. Please note that any and all references to brand, make, model, trademark, etc. are solely present for specifications purposes. We are not requesting that you quote the item listed, rather we are requesting that you quote the least expensive item that meets the same technical specifications as the item listed ARD, Inc. reserves the right to request references and / or solicit references ourselves, and to include those references in our vendor selection process.
Selection criteria will be the best quality that meets specification for the cheapest price.
