LAWN CARE AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Huntsville Housing Authority (HHA) is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide lawn

care and landscape maintenance services for various HHA residential locations. A pre-submission meeting will be held

for all potential Offerors on November 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. CST at the Oscar Mason Community Center, 149 Mason

Court, Huntsville, AL 35805. Proposals to provide this service will be received by Huntsville Housing Authority at 200

Washington Street, Huntsville, Alabama 35801, Huntsville, Alabama 35804-0486, until 11:00 A.M. local time,

November 19, 2015. Proposal documents may be requested from the Department of Financial Services located at 200

Washington Street, Huntsville, Alabama 35801, by emailing your request to aduncan@huntsvillehousing.org, or you may

also download documents from HHA’s website at www.huntsvillehousing.org. HHA reserves the right to reject any/or

all proposals, make the determination as to what is equal to the specifications, or to waive any informality in the proposals

received, and to accept any proposal, which, in its opinion may be in the best interest of HHA.
