MICROWAVE GROUP
The Microwave Group specializes in high frequency RF circuit design (upto 140 GHz). Over the years the group has developed expertise in the design, techniques and technology of Microwave Integrated Circuits (MIC), Millimeter Wave Integrated Circuits (MWIC) and RF MEMS. The group has established excellent infrastructure both in terms of hardware, as well as software that facilitates design and development at frequencies upto 140GHz. The group has recently tied up with MMIC foundries in India and abroad for design of MMIC circuits. The group has successfully completed 30 major sponsored R&D projects and 60 consultancy projects from various industries and R&D organizations.
