1. Personal Accident/Travel Accident Benefits:

Travel Accident Common Carrier - International Trips Up to SAR 3,750,000

Travel Accident Common Carrier - Domestic Trips Up to SAR 375,000

Travel Accident Insured Journey - International Trips Up to SAR 562,500

2. Emergency Medical Benefits:

Extended Warranty Protect your purchases with complimentary extended warrantyYou can protect your purchases large and small and save money from paying for extra warranties when you shop. With MasterCard World AlAhli Credit Card, you have a card that provides additional warranty coverage, which may save you from having to buy more coverage or pay for repair costs for mobile phones, televisions, home appliances, tools, and more.

The Extended Warranty benefit doubles the original manufacturers or store-brand warranty for up to 12 months. It is yours for no additional cost, and there is no need to register your purchases.

MasterCard World AlAhli Credit Card can get their eligible purchases repaired or replaced for up to USD 500 per claim and a maximum of USD 2,000 over a 12 month period of insurance.

Card Security

EMV Chip and PINChip and PIN is the new, more secure way to pay with AlAhli Credit Cards. Whenever you do a transaction, you will be asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN) known only to you.

EMV is the Chip itself. It is a technical standard for smart payment cards, payment terminals and automated teller machines which can accept them. EMV cards are smart cards which comply with the EMV standard and they are often called Chip-and-PIN.

Benefits of Chip and PIN:

• Added peace of mind

• Increased security against unauthorized use your card

• Increased security against counterfeiting and skimming

PIN DisplayYour AlAhli Credit Card have the smart chip and PIN feature, which gives your card more protection against forgery and fraud. To use your card, you need to have your PIN for cash withdrawal only.

How to get your PIN?

There are 3 ways for you to get your PIN:

1) AlAhli Phone

If you are already registered for this service:

• Call AlAhli phone at 800 244 2424

• Enter your personal number

• Enter your password

• For Credit Card, Personal Finance and Auto Lease, press 2

• For Credit Card, press 1

• For all other options, press 6

• To listen to your Credit Cards secret PIN number, press 2

If you are not registered for this service, press 0 to ask for assistance:

• System will ask you for register in phone banking service

• Your will enter credit card information and ID

• You will get the personal number and password for phone banking service

2) AlAhli Online

• Visit AlAhlionline.com and enter your username and password your login and authentication

• Choose the “Credit Cards” menu, then select “view PIN of selected card” from the cards section: “Additional Information”

• Choose your preferred verification method to display your PIN

• Your PIN will be displayed 3 times ( To view the PIN again, please repeat from step 2 )

3) AlAhli Mobile

• Open the AlAhli Mobile App and enter your username and password your login and authentication

• Choose the “Credit Cards” menu, then select the “view PIN of selected card” from the Cards Section: “Additional information”

• Select the “Card Number” for which you wish to display the PIN

• Choose your preferred verification method to display your PIN

• Your PIN will be displayed 3 times ( To view the PIN again, please repeat from step 2 )

PIN ChangeTo change your pin through the ATM, please follow the below steps:

Insert your credit card and existing PIN number

• Choose “change PIN”

• Enter your new PIN then, click “OK”

• Enter your new PIN again, then click “OK” to confirm

For password via SMS messages follow these steps:

4. The verification MasterCard / Visa page is displayed to you to enter the secure code OTP

5. Option will be displayed for you to choose the registered password or request a password via SMS for once

6. Password will be sent via SMS to your mobile when choosing a password for once
