What is Rewarding Our Heroes?

A group of professionals dedicated to Paying it Forward by –

Creating the best home purchase discount program and passionate about raising money to help build homes for our severely injured and disabled war Heroes.

Today’s Crisis

1. 7,000 to 11,000 soldiers are in need of specialized housing due to war injuries; 55,000 have been shot and wounded. We can help.

2. Our local service personnel – Teachers, Nurses, Firefighters, Police Officers, Military and Ex-Military find it harder to qualify to buy a home. We can help.

Our Objective for Rewarding Our Heroes

Establish the largest Real Estate Discount Program to Honor our local service men and women. Savings equal to 1% to 2% on a new home purchase ($3,000 to $4,000).

Raise money to assist in building new homes or modify existing homes for wounded soldiers through HelpingAHero.org .

Savings Breakdown ExampleAs we’ve said, actual savings figures will vary due to the final selling price of your home, as well as the total loan amount. Likewise, sellers will see fewer discounts that a buyer as the seller will not require some services. (Ex. Home Loan, Home Inspection, etc.)

Real Estate Agent 25% of Commission $1,500.00

Mortgage Company 50% of Origination Fee $1,000.00

Electric Company 25% Discount $600.00

Home Survey 30% off of Survey $150.00

Home Inspection 25% off of Inspection $100.00

Pest Control 20% Discount $30.00

Moving Company 20% Discount ($1,500 moving costs) $300.00

Total Savings: $3,680.00

Equal to 1% to 2% of Savings.

2. Rewarding Our Heroes - will generate leads in the Agent’s area. These leads will be assigned to participating Agents.

3. Commit All– other Real Estate leads to work with the designated Mortgage Company.
