Our Mission

Types of Ore

Free Milled or Free Gold Ore The most common type is called “Free Milled or Free Gold Ore ”. This is 99% of all ore that has been mined and re!ned over the past 100 years and still today. The precious metals are easy to extract by re!ners but amounts are very low. All ore of this type that had high contents of precious metals were mined many years ago.

Complex or Refractory Ore The other type of ore is called “Complex or Refractory ore”. This ore is not re!ned by most re!ners. This ore takes a “Pre-Re!ner” to break the complex nature of the ore and allow the precious metals to be freely extracted. Also, most of the precious metals are in a microscopic state. With that said, this ore normally has a much higher content of precious metals per ton. Plus, these mines and tailing locations are not controlled by major mining companies like free gold mines. This provides our company with a totally untapped market.

“On Site” Free Gold Ore Mining & Extraction Problems Past & Present

Problem with Conventional Methods The problem that faces the conventional “On Site” free gold ore mining extraction process both past and present is the lack of use of “New Technology”. Both hard rock and placer mines use 100 year old technology with only some small engineering advances. The “On Site” free gold ore extraction process is hindered and creates virtually an impossible environment for the use of computer driven “New Technology”.

Lack of Available Sites Also, the free gold mines with the most precious metal contents are controlled by major mining companies. There is almost no way to build a substantial business because of lack of quality mines available. Plus, the environmental problems with permitting create years of headaches for investors.

Three Steps of Our Business

Two The second step is to concentrate complex ore that contains high levels of microscopic precious metals in it. This is critical to create an end product that can economically go though the !nal re!ning stage.

Three The third step is to have a pre-re!ner and re!ner (Sometimes can be same company doing both.) put metals in hand from 1 to 5 tons per day of concentrated complex ore. At 20 to 1 concentrated ratio that means you extract precious metals from 20 to 100 tons of raw ore per day. Since “Complex Ore” has a much higher content of precious metals per ton than “Free Gold Ore ” this can be the equivalent of 100 to 500 tons per day of raw ore out of a very small facility. Remember the !nal extraction facility can expand to 50 to 1,000 tons or more of concentrated ore per day!!!

One The !rst step is having a complex ore with high content of precious metals in it. Then have a pre-re!ner “put metals in hand” to prove up what you have.

Our Strategy

We had a complex ore that was assayed showing high contents of precious metals. We knew there were a limited number of pre-re!ners that knew how to extract those precious metals from complex ores and as we say; “put metals in hand.” We worked with those multiple pre-re!ners and “put metals in hand.” from our complex ore as well as other complex ores to prove up step one. Then came the next step to prove we could concentrate complex ore that contains microscopic precious metals. In “Free Gold Ore ” all re!ners need miners to concentrate their ore before re!ning. Re!ners will not take ore that has less than 15 to 20 oz’s of gold per ton. This is because it takes the same time and money to process ore that has 3 oz’s of gold as it does 20 oz’s of gold per ton. It’s a simple cost and time value. It’s just not worth it to re!ne low levels of precious metals per ton when they can re!ne other ore with higher precious metal concentrated amounts.

We solved that step with our Electrostatic Separation equipment. We were able to concentrate our complex ore with microscopic precious metals up to a 10-1 ratio.

Our Business Strategy

Electrostatic Separation Equipment

Our high tech “Electrostatic Separation” equipment creates a concentration system that is specially designed for “Complex Ore” containing microscopic precious metals. This concentration system is operated in a “moisture fee” environment in a building “Off Site” the mining location. This allows us to use computer driven leading edge technology as well as creating environmentally safe results using no hazardous chemicals. Our system creates a higher rate of precious metal separation and concentration to a microscopic level. The Electrostatic Separation equipment shown to the left is most critical component of our precious metal concentration system. This equipment is designed to shoot speci!c electrical charges into the ore. This equipment uses magnetic and other drums to collect the microscopic precious metals that have been charged to attach to the drums. This equipment Does Not !nd any additional precious metals it just concentrates the precious metals to a smaller amount of ore and creating waste ore with no precious metals in it. The equipment can concentrate 2,000 lbs. of raw ore into about 200 lbs. containing the same amounts of precious metals in the original 2,000 lbs.. This just means there is less ore with more precious metals in it.

This is the “Concentrated” ore after it’s been run through our Electrostatic Separation equipment a n d o u r e n t i r e c o n c e n t r a t i o n s y s t e m . Approximately 95 % of the raw ore has been removed leaving “Concentrated” ore. This consists of large amounts of gold, silver and other precious metals.

Our Own Pre-Re!ning Plan

Once the precious metals have been freed from the other metals and sulfates it becomes easy to separate out the precious metals. This is a new direction in the precious metal and re!ning industry by being able to process microscopic and complex ore and is an advanced technology. This is a totally untapped market and we expect to be an industry leader.

We worked with multiple Pre-Re!ners to see who had the best process for our ore and circumstances. We then chose a Pre-Re!ner that was able to put metals in our hands and provide us all of the training and partnering in our own Pre-Re!ning facility. They will also provide us an initial and back-up facility to Pre-Re!ne our ore until our facility is fully functional.

Our ore is a complex ore with microscopic precious metals in it and takes one extra step before the !nal re!nery. The Pre-Re!ner must break down the complex ore and in essence, turn it into “Free Gold” ore. There are other metals in complex ore like copper, nickel, iron that surround the precious metals along with sulfates that make it hard to extract the precious metals.

Final Re!ning Plan

The Final Re!ning process is where the precious metals are separated then sold. This is where the pro!ts come from minus the re!ners fees. Our Pre-Re!ner we chose to work with is partnering with us to create our own Final Re!ning facility. We are starting with just a Pre-Re!ning facility and then expand to a Final Re!ner to separate precious metals and sell for our pro!ts. As soon as we !nish our Pre-Re!ning facility we will begin on building our own Final Re!ning facility as an addition to our Pre-Re!ning facility. This allow us to control every step of the process from start to !nish.

All mines, tailing locations or precious metal ore suppliers must agree to only a “Royalty Only Basis” agreement to insure they will bring their best ore. We are always testing new ore to develop extra sources of ore with a higher content of precious metals.

Throughout western United States there are hundreds of locations of mine tailings containing high levels of precious metals. There are literally millions of tons of precious metal bearing ore waiting to be processed. The out dated mining extraction methods of the past couldn’t remove all of the precious metals in those tailings. Since our “Off Site” systems have advanced technology to remove those precious metals we become the claim holders only source of continued income.

Our strategy is to put one of our “Off Site” high tech separation facilities in the center of multiple precious metal mines or tailing locations. This will allow an endless ore supply to those facilities and is a sound long term strategy is controlling large supplies of precious metal bearing ore. This expands the precious metals industry just like when the oil industry started working with shale while using horizontal drilling and adding fracing techniques.
