All of extrunet’s energy-saving systems be a part of extrunet’s extrusion sys-tems. The biggest energy saving is achie-ved in the extruder drive and the vacuum pumps in the calibration table. The fully automated energy systems control and optimize the consumption of energy in the dry calibrators, water vacuum tank and water/air separation. By using the energy systems, it is possible under opti-mum conditions to save up to 85% of the line’s entire consumption in the area of the calibration table.

Technologies specially mat-ched to the demands of co-extrusion co-ver all output ranges and offer the best solution for customer-specific require-ments. High-grade formulations and materials of all qualities are extruded on compact systems. They are used to process seals of soft and rigid PVC, TPE or other extru-dable elastomers.

The extrunet co-extruder guarantees hitch-free processing of a wide variety of

plastics and features exceptionally high operating comfort such as PLC control via 6 inch touch screen with a range of common operating languages. The plas-ticising unit is provided with a back pres-sure unit and AC motor with reduction gearbox. The operating elements are in a separate housing with 3 metre long con-nection cable. The extrunet co-extruder is equipped with 3 heating zones, opti-onally extendable with up to 3 cooling zones.

The module line

The application range of the MODULE LINE extends from the extrusion of technical profiles in and around the construction industry to the production of sealing pro-files of soft PVC or thermoplastic elas-tomers and increasingly also to applica-tions in the WPC production.

The preferred materials for manufactu-ring profiles are ABS, PS, PA or PMMA, polyolefins and PVC granules.
