SCHEDULE

Regular meetings are normally held on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 6:30PM, City Hall, 542 Main Street. Please put cell phones and pagers on silent or vibrate during the meeting.

This meeting is televised; therefore, you may appear on TV at any time.

PUBLIC APPEARANCE BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION

During public hearings the Mayor will open the agenda item to the public for comment. If you wish to comment come to the microphone at the podium and give your name and address for the record. Make all comments and queries to or through the Mayor. This meeting is for agenda items only. Other issues should be presented to the City Manager or City Clerk for discussion at a future City Commission meeting.

All persons are hereby advised that any presentation they make to the Dunedin City Commission will be encouraged to be as concise as possible, and that the Commission may limit the time of each individual to permit maximum participation by the public at large.

All citizens who wish to appear under Citizen Input are encouraged to keep their comments to a limit of three (3) minute time.

1. APPROVE THE MINUTES for a) the Agenda Review Session of May 31 , 2016 and b) the Regular Commission Meeting of June 2, 2016.

2. BOARDS AND COMMITTEES

a. BOARD OF FINANCE, Appoint applicants loannis Rampotas and Richard Toenjes as alternate members to finish a three year term that expires October 2018.

b. PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE, Reappoint regular members Greg Martin, Tom Mahoney and Donna Moore to another three year term that expires July 2019.

3. WASTEWATER PLAN STANDBY GENERATOR EXHAUST REPAIRS, awarding a contract to Ring Power of Riverview, FL in the amount of $67,731 for an emergency generator exhaust upgrade.

a. BID 16-1062 FOR THE LAKEWOOD ESTATES DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS RECOMM: Award a contract to Keystone Excavators, Inc. of Oldsmar, FL in the amount

of $4,624,020 to install roadway, drainage and utility improvements within the Lakewood Estates neighborhood.

b. HACKETT'S CAUSEWAY CAFE PARCEL- EASEMENT USE AGREEMENT RECOMM: Approve the execution of an Easement Use Agreement associated with the

proposed Hackett's Causeway Cafe redevelopment located at 901 Curlew Road.

c. RFP 16-1063 PARKING PAY STATIONS AND A PARKING MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SYSTEM RECOMM: Award a contract to Parkeon, Inc. of Moorestown, NJ to furnish and install 45

Parking Pay Stations and provide other related services for the City's Parking System. In addition, allow City staff the flexibility to contract with Parkeon for enforcement services based on the information contained in the proposal.

2. SALE OF SURPLUS CITY PROPERTIES

a. MARC & JESSICA OKER'S OFFER in the amount of $7,500 for a 4,500 square foot parcel located at south side of Michigan Blvd. at Princeton Avenue without Ed Eckert Dr. RECOMM: Authorize the City to sell the south side of Michigan Boulevard at Princeton

Avenue without Ed Eckert Drive to Marc and Jessica Oker, the highest bidder.

b. DEBBIE THOMPSON'S OFFER in the amount of $500 for a 520 square foot parcel located at the northern lot line of 717 Pinewood Drive, between Lakewood and Parkwood Drive. RECOMM: Authorize the City to sell 0 Pinewood Lane (a 520 square foot parcel located

at the northern lot line of 717 Pinewood Drive) to Debbie Thompson, the highest bidder.

c. CHARLES SMITH'S OFFER in the amount of $2,000 for a substandard vacant lot east side of Douglas Avenue, north of Skinner and south of Palmetto Street. RECOMM: Authorize the City to sell a substandard vacant lot east of 50" lot 1 LB Skinner

3. AID TO ORGANIZATIONS RECOMM: Approve the subcommittee's recommendation to use the dedicated Aid to

Organizations funding as follows: $2,000 for the Dunedin High School Football Team and $2,000 for the Downtown Dunedin Merchants Association.
