Duties included developing and directing the WCU Child and Family Resource Center, for children birth through eight years of age, and their parents; and coordinating the CDFR program.

Assistant Professor, Child and Family Studies, Northern Michigan University, 1989-1993. Developed and taught courses in child development and early childhood environments,
