Step 1 – Connect the bucket (A) to the silicone tubing (B)

• Organic ground coffee

• Filtered water

• Pot for use on the stove (NEVER aluminium)

• Your Reverse Coffee Co. Glass Bucket Enema Kit

1. Fill pot on the stove with 4 cups of filtered water and bringto the boil.

3. Boil for 5 mins uncovered.

4. Turn the heat down and let the coffee solution simmer onthe stove covered, for 15-20 minutes.

5. Once the coffee has cooled, decant or strain the coffeesolution into the Reverse Coffee Co. Glass Enema Bucket(Make sure the tube is attached and the valve is closed).

6. Add hot or cold filtered water to reach the desiredtemperature (body temperature) and volume of coffeesolution.

7. Be cautious to ensure that the coffee solution is no warmer than body temperature before proceeding with the enema.

2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of organic ground coffee to the water(use less if you are sensitive to caffeine or are a first-timer).

• Towels or plastic sheet to protect area from spillage

• A clock or timer to check the enema time lapse

• Natural lubricant of your choice (natural cold pressed oils are

best)

1. Prepare your area and make it comfortable for you. Place a

blanket and or towel where you plan to lay with a cushion for

your head.

2. The coffee solution should be at your body temperature, use

the supplied thermometer to check the temperature is not

more than 38C or 100F.

3. Run a little of the coffee solution through the tube into the

sink or toilet to get rid of the air bubbles trapped in the

silicone tube and glass tip. Close the valve again once the air

has been expelled.

• A comfortable place to lay that is in close vicinity to the toilet

(i.e. bed, bath or floor)

4. Place the glass enema bucket on the counter bench or a

stool.

5. Lubricate the glass tip.

6. Whilst lying down insert the glass tip into your rectum 2

inches.

7. Open the valve and allow the fluid to run very slowly to

avoid cramping. Watching the coffee solution in the Glass

Bucket makes it is easy to see the rate of flow.

8. Whilst lying on your right side, relax and breathe calmly.

9. Aim to retain the enema for 12-15 minutes. Use a timer to

keep track.

10. When finished holding in the enema, go to the toilet and

eliminate.

11. You can split the 4-cup coffee solution into two 2-cup

enemas. Find the amount that feels right for you. Different

people will prefer different amounts.

*Note: If you find you are having trouble holding the coffee in

during the enema, reduce the amount of liquid to an amount that

is comfortable to hold and/or reduce the strength of the coffee

solution.

• Use the supplied cleaning brush in the Reverse Coffee Co. Glass

Enema Ultimate Kit to clean the silicone tube, glass bucket

spigot and the glass tip. Open the valve on the silicone tube

and the brush will push through the valve. Push the brush into

the silicone tube from each end.

• Rinse all components with clean water and dry with a clean

cotton towel or leave out to dry.

• For a deeper clean, sterilise your enema kit with 20-30ml of 3-

6% Hydrogen Peroxide and hang it to dry. Wash and sterilise

the glass tip and tube separately. Flush thoroughly before use.

• Tube brush cleaner (Included in Ultimate Kit)

• Organic liquid soap or a Biodegradable food-use detergent

• 3-6% Hydrogen Peroxide

• Clean your coffee enema kit after each use with hot soapy

water, use an organic liquid soap or a biodegradable food-use detergent and rinse well.

• Make sure the enema equipment including the bucket, tubing

and tip is clean before use.

• When fitting the tubing over the glass spigot on the bucket and

tip, if moisture present the connection may be compromised.

• To ensure no leaks push the tubing over the glass spigot on the

bucket and glass tip when dry.

• The lid works as a non-slip pad if you have a slippery bench or

stool.

• The lid can be left on the bucket whilst in use to help maintain

warmth in the coffee solution.

• Listen to relaxing, motivating or meditating sounds and use the

time to mentally prepare for the day ahead.

• Do not use the glass tips if they are cracked or broken. Please

order new ones from the website.

• Clean your hose regularly to avoid residue build up.

• The coffee solution can be made up the night before and kept

in the fridge to speed up the process the next morning, just add hot water and bring to body temperature.

• The glass tips are reusable, make sure they are cleaned and

sterilised for your own protection.
