Sollevare manualmente la macchina afferrandola daifianchi sotto al basamento e depositarla sul banco dilavoro.N.B.: La macchina pesa 20 kg.Tagliare e rimuovere il sacco barriera che contiene lamacchina.

Disimballare la leva di punzonatura (6) avvitarla sul foropresente sul lato destro della macchina (7) facendo inmodo di mantenere l'impugnatura (8) in posizione comodadi lavoro.Serrare il dado (9).

By hand lift the machine. Hold it at the sides beneath thebase and place it on the workbench.

N.B.: The machine weighs 20 kg.Cut and remove the bag protecting and containing themachine.

Tighten the nut (9).

PROCEDURA CAMBIO INTERCARATTERE(SOLO VERSIONE E10)

La macchina offre la possibilità di punzonare con duepassi intercarattere diversi (per intercarattere si intende lospazio compreso tra due lettere nella stessa parola).Per modificare lo spazio intercarattere procedere comesegue:- mediante la leva (1) posizionare il carrello pinza (2) a

fine corsa sinistra (fermo 4 sinistro) e rilasciarla inposizione di riposo (GIALLO);

- premere o tirare, a seconda della posizione in cui sitrova al momento del cambio intercarattere, la levaselettore intercarattere (3).Alle due diverse posizioni corrispondono due diversispazi intercarattere:

- premendo si seleziona la spaziatura per i caratteri"OCR 7B" che corrisponde a circa 3,5 mm di traslazione

- tirando si seleziona la spaziatura per caratteri "STDGOTHIC" che corrisponde a circa 2,7 mm di traslazione.

NON MANOMETTERE IN NESSUN CASO IL FINECORSA(4) PRESENTI SULLA MACCHINA.

NON ESEGUIRE IL CAMBIO PASSO SENZA PRIMAAVER PORTATO IL CARRELLO PINZA A FINE CORSASINISTRA PERCHE' LA MACCHINA ANDREBBEFUORI FASE.

PROCEDURA CAMBIO INTERCARATTERE(SOLO VERSIONE E10)

La macchina offre la possibilità di punzonare con duepassi intercarattere diversi (per intercarattere si intende lospazio compreso tra due lettere nella stessa parola).Per modificare lo spazio intercarattere procedere comesegue:- mediante la leva (1) posizionare il carrello pinza (2) a

fine corsa sinistra (fermo 4 sinistro) e rilasciarla inposizione di riposo (GIALLO);

- premere o tirare, a seconda della posizione in cui sitrova al momento del cambio intercarattere, la levaselettore intercarattere (3).Alle due diverse posizioni corrispondono due diversispazi intercarattere:

- premendo si seleziona la spaziatura per i caratteri"OCR 7B" che corrisponde a circa 3,5 mm di traslazione

- tirando si seleziona la spaziatura per caratteri "STDGOTHIC" che corrisponde a circa 2,7 mm di traslazione.

NON MANOMETTERE IN NESSUN CASO IL FINECORSA(4) PRESENTI SULLA MACCHINA.

NON ESEGUIRE IL CAMBIO PASSO SENZA PRIMAAVER PORTATO IL CARRELLO PINZA A FINE CORSASINISTRA PERCHE' LA MACCHINA ANDREBBEFUORI FASE.

CHANGING THE CHARACTER SPACING(E10 VERSION ONLY)

The machine can be used to emboss with two differentcharacter spacing settings (where character spacingmeans the space between two letters in the same word).

To select the character spacing do the following:

- use the lever (1) to position the clamp carriage (2) atthe left limit switch (stop 4, left side) and release it inthe stand-by position (YELLOW);

- press or pull the character spacing selector lever (3),depending on its position at the time of the characterspacing change.

The two positions correspond to two different characterspacing settings:

- press to select the spacing for the "OCR 7B" characters;this corresponds to a shift of approximately 3.5 mm;

- pull to select the spacing for the "STD GOTHIC"characters; this corresponds to a shift of approximately2,7 mm.

DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE MACHINE LIMIT SWITCH(4) UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

DO NOT CHANGE THE STEP UNLESS YOU HAVE FIRSTMOVED THE CLAMP CARRIAGE TO THE LEFT LIMITSWITCH AS THE WOULD BE OUT OF PHASE.

PROCEDURA RECUPERO PASSO

- Con la leva (1) in posizione di riposo (GIALLO)ruotare la leva (3) verso destra di uno scatto percompiere il recupero di un singolo passo.

ATTENZIONE A NON FORZARE LA LEVA IN SENSOLONGITUDINALE (SI VEDA PROCEDURA CAMBIOINTERCARATTARE).

Estrarre manualmente la pinza (1) ed aprirla agendo sullaleva "DESTACO" (2).

Mediante la leva (11) fare avanzare la carta fino aposizionare sotto al punzone il punto in cui si vuole scrivere.Tirare completamente la leva (11) per incidere il primocarattere.

ULTIMATA LA PUNZONATURA E RIPORTANDO LA LEVA(11) IN POSIZIONE DI RIPOSO IL CARRELLO PINZA (1)COMPIE UN PASSO VERSO SINISTRA, PERTANTO DISEGUITO BISOGNA SOLO SELEZIONARE IL SECONDOCARATTERE E RIPUNZONARE.

Nel caso si verificasse un errore di punzonatura posizionareil volantino di selezione carattere (10) in corrispondenzadel " " posto tra il nr. 9 e il nr. 1.

Mediante la leva (11) fare avanzare la carta fino aposizionare sotto al punzone il punto in cui si vuole scrivere.Tirare completamente la leva (11) per incidere il primocarattere.

ULTIMATA LA PUNZONATURA E RIPORTANDO LA LEVA(11) IN POSIZIONE DI RIPOSO IL CARRELLO PINZA (1)COMPIE UN PASSO VERSO SINISTRA, PERTANTO DISEGUITO BISOGNA SOLO SELEZIONARE IL SECONDOCARATTERE E RIPUNZONARE.

Nel caso si verificasse un errore di punzonatura posizionareil volantino di selezione carattere (10) in corrispondenzadel " " posto tra il nr. 9 e il nr. 1.

spostamento può essere solo di pochi mm.- Serrare le viti (13).

QUALORA PER ESIGENZE PARTICOLARI SI VOLESSECAMBIARE L'INTERLINEA TRA UNA RIGA E L'ALTRARIVOLGERSI AL "SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA TECNICAAUTORIZZATA CIM" LA QUALE PROVVEDERÀ AFORNIRVI IL NUOVO DISPOSITIVO DEDICATO.

QUALORA PER ESIGENZE PARTICOLARI SI VOLESSECAMBIARE L'INTERLINEA TRA UNA RIGA E L'ALTRARIVOLGERSI AL "SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA TECNICAAUTORIZZATA CIM" LA QUALE PROVVEDERÀ AFORNIRVI IL NUOVO DISPOSITIVO DEDICATO.

Turn the lever (12) to make the card return one stepbackwards.

Pull the lever (11) to flatten out the plate at the point oferror.

IN ORDER TO SLIGHTLY CHANGE THE DISTANCEBETWEEN THE FIRST STARTING LINE AND THE TOPEDGE OF THE PLATE, PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:

- Loosen the two screws (13)

- Position the carriage at the point required: the shiftrequired may only be a few millimetres.

- Tighten down the screws (13).

IF LINE SPACING REQUIRES CHANGING DUE TOPARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS, CONTACT THE“AUTHORISED CIM TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE”WHICH WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A NEW DEDICATEDDEVICE.

Turn the lever (12) to make the card return one stepbackwards.

Pull the lever (11) to flatten out the plate at the point oferror.

IN ORDER TO SLIGHTLY CHANGE THE DISTANCEBETWEEN THE FIRST STARTING LINE AND THE TOPEDGE OF THE PLATE, PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:

- Loosen the two screws (13)

- Position the carriage at the point required: the shiftrequired may only be a few millimetres.

- Tighten down the screws (13).
