Retzhof meeting evaluation 27-28 February, 2014

MethodologyAll the scores of each question were added

and divided by the number of valid answers (the first 6 questions had to be evaluated with scores (max 10 scores) and supportive comments, especially if given score is low, the rest 4 – with comments).

The answers with the highest score have been highlighted with green characters, whereas the answers with the poorest score are in red.

All comments were added under each question.

Conclusions were drawn by taking into consideration scores and all comments.

Unclear things after meeting in Retzhof

How the printed version of all 5 itineraries will be used – who is the intended audience;

The format of the itineraries and how to draw the maps;

How we should disseminate the routes from abroad in our country.

The most negative aspect of the meeting was the absence

of Bulgarian partner

The most positive thing was – presentation of the best practice in

Slovenia – Nordic Walking Trail VINOTOUR. Partners said this idea

was innovative for them.Oher positive thing – very

productive work of steering committee. This got a step further in

our project.

Expectations, wishes & ideas:

• More uniformity of partners’ projects.

• Hope that partners will not disappear any more …

• Suggestion to incorporate an ice breaking activity at the beginning of Day 1 to allow people to get to know each other.
