We do not accept returns on Semi Custom or Full Custom apparel due to their specialized nature. Turn the bag from your original shipment inside out and use it to ship your items back. Use clear tape when fastening return label to package. Please do not obscure any portion of the label. The quickest way to get a new size, or a different garment, is to place a new order online at Voler.com. When the warehouse receives your returned item, you will see the balance post to your credit card in a few days. If you are exchanging a Produce on Demand item, your order will go into production for another 7 business days before the item ships out. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive your items, so your patience is greatly appreciated while waiting for your refund to post to your account.
