BUILDINGGUIDELINES Employeesareexpectedtofollowallbuildingguidelinesatalltimes.Asofnow,thebuildingwillberequiringallindividualswhoentertowearfacemasks.Buildingmanagementwillhaverestrictionsonthenumberofpeopleabletouseelevatorsatagiventime,andatthispointareconsideringtemperaturechecksforallindividualscomingintothebuilding.Wehaveordered2touchlessthermometersforuseinourofficeaswell.Ourbuildingispartofaninternationalpropertymanagementcompanyandapproximately80%oftheirbuildingsinChinaareutilizingtemperaturechecks.LeadinguptoJune1,buildingmanagementwillsendoutmorefrequentemailcommunicationthatwillbedistributedtoR&Bemployees.Itisimportanttoreadthesecommunications.BuildingguidelineshavebeencreatedinassociationwithCDCguidelines,whichouremployeesareexpectedtoadhereto,aswell.

COMMONAREAS:CONFERENCEROOMS,KITCHENS,COPYROOMS,HALLWAYSThecommonareasinourofficeposethegreatesthealthrisktoemployees.Theguidancebelowisnotmeanttobeasuggestion,butratherarequirementfortheconductofeachemployee.• Allindividualsmustwearafacemaskinanycommonareas.Thisincludeshallways,
copyrooms,suppliesrooms,kitchensetc.• Otherthanthemainconferenceroomoffthereceptionarea,allconferencerooms
willbeclosedandmeetingsshouldbeconductedviatelephoneorvideochat.• Personalpaperplacemats(providedbyR&B)shouldbeutilizedwhensurface
contactisanticipated.Forexample,attendingameetinginthelargeconferencewhereacellphone,legalpad,andpenmaybebroughtwithyou.Theitemsshouldbeplacedonyourpersonalplacemattolimitsurfacecontactandthespreadofgerms.TheplacematsmustbedisposedofinthetrashaftereachusebytheR&Buser.
MAINCONFERENCEROOM• Therewillbenomorethanthree(3)peopleallowedtomeetinthemainconference
roomatanytimeandtheymustmaintainasocialdistanceofatleast6feet.• TheconferenceroommustbecleanedwithprovidedwipesBEFOREandAFTER
eachusebytheR&Buser.COPYROOM• Thereshouldbenomorethanonepersoninanyofthethree(3)copyroomsatany
time.• AllcopiersmustbecleanedatalltouchpointswithprovidedwipesBEFOREand
AFTEReachusebytheR&Buser.KITCHENBothkitchenswillbeclosedotherthanthefollowingexceptions:• Sinksmayusedforhand-washing.• Waterstationsmaybeused(withyourownwaterbottlebroughtfromhome).The
levermustbewipeddownwithprovidedwipesbothBEFOREandAFTEReveryuse.

tousetherefrigerator,allfoodmustbesecurelycontainedandlabeledwithinitials.ThehandlemustbewipeddownBEFOREandAFTEReachusewithprovidedwipes.
HALLWAYS• Masksmustbewornwhilewalkinginthehallways.• Thereshouldbenocongregatingormeetinginthehallways.RECEPTIONAREA• Thereceptionistmustwearafacemaskatalltimes.• Glovesshouldbeusedwhenopeningordistributingmailorpackages.• Seatingwillbere-arrangedinthereceptionareatoallowforsocialdistancing• Theclientwaitingroomwillnotbeusedformeetingsorasawaitingarea.• Allvisitorsmustwearmasks.• Totheextentpackagescanbeleftoutsideofourfrontdoors,receptionistshallmake
areasonableefforttoadvisedeliverypeopletoleavepackagesoutsideofthedoorandretrievethemonceitissafetodosotominimizecontact.

WORKSPACESATTORNEYS• Attorneysshouldworkwiththeirdoorsclosedatalltimes.• Attorneysneednotwearmaskswhileworkingwiththeirdoorclosed.• Thereshallbenomeetingsthattakeplaceinsidetheofficeswiththefollowing
exceptionsatthediscretionofthelawyer:o AMR,SDB,FASandGADoffices.Anyguestsshouldsitatthemaximum
distance.• Attorneysmustsanitizetheirworkspacewithprovidedwipesbeforeandaftertheir
workeachday.STAFF/COMMONAREACUBICLES• Anyemployeesittinginacubicleshouldwearafacemaskatalltimes,althoughnot
requiredsolongasasocialdistanceofatleastsix(6)feetismaintained.• Employeesmustsanitizetheirworkspacebeforeandaftertheirworkeachday.• Thecubicleareaisexclusivelyfortheoccupant.Nooneotherthantheoccupantis
allowedinthespace.Nopens,staplers,orofficessuppliescanbeborrowedfromthespace.

STAFFING
• Toensurefewerpeopleareintheofficeatanygiventime,toprovideredundancyintheeventofanofficeCovid-19infectionandforothersuchreason,wewillbeworkingonthreedifferentteamsidentifiedbyR&BColors:Blue,GreyandWhite.
• Twooftheteamswillalternateeveryotherweek.Forexample,theBlueTeam
willbeallowedtobeintheofficethe1stand3rdand5th(Intheeventofa5thweekstartingonMonday)weekofeverymonth.TheGreyTeamwillbeallowedtobeintheofficethe2ndand4thweekofeverymonth.TheWhiteteamwillbeworkingfromhome.Teamassignmentswillbereviewedonanongoingbasis.
• NOTE:Youarenotrequiredtobeintheofficeall5daysofyourassignedweek.
Ifyouareabletoworkproductivelyfromhomeandprefertodoso,itisallowed.
• Ifitisnotyourassignedweek,youARENOTALLOWEDintheoffice.ThereareNOEXCEPTIONS.Ifyouneedsomethingfromtheoffice,youwillneedtomakearrangementstopickupanyitemsyouneed.
• Acommonquestion:WhatifIhavecourtonaweekwhereIamnotallowedto
beintheoffice?Answer:Planinadvanceandbringthebluefolderhomeandattendcourtfromyourscheduledlocation.Alternatively,workwithateammatetocoverthecase.
