RETURNS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

In order to assist you with managing your business, Amway Southern Africa’s return procedures are as follows:

SURPLUS STOCK (BULK-BACK PROCEDURE)

ABOs are discouraged from stocking products. They are encouraged to purchase product quantity to fill customer orders and to meet their personal household needs. However, should an ABO find himself in a serious overstock situation, then he should contact Amway South Africa (Pty) Ltd in writing, requesting a stock buy-back.

“A complete list of all products concerned should be submitted with the request. Do not return any stock until requested to do so by Amway South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Product may be bought back at ABO cost at the time of purchase with a 10% handling charge. Products that have been superseded, damaged are are no longer available will not be subject to buy-back. PV/BV adjustments will be made and payments will be made via the Performance Incentive payment.All products returned to Amway South Africa (Pt y) Ltd, must be properly packaged and have the Return Merchandise Authorisation Form (WHU-0112-SA) included.” (Business handbook, part 4: Policies and Procedures)

When requesting a stock buy-back, the following applies:

1. The request must be submitted in writing to Amway, listing the items and quantities included in the buy-back.2. All stock is subject to 10% handling charge.3. Only current, unused and undamaged stock can be bought back.4. On confirmation from Amway, the stock must be returned to Amway at the ABO’s expense. The Return Merchandise Authorisation Form (WHU-0112-SA) must be completed and included with the stock.5. Once the stock has been received and authorised, the return will be processed and the refund duly made.

RETURN PRODUCT POLICY100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

“Amway offers a 100% Money Back Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If a customer is dissatisfied with an Amway product, for any reason, within a reasonable time-frame (generally 6 months), the ABO must offer a full cash refund, offer product as a replacement or replace the item that caused the dissatisfaction.

“The ABO must complete the Return Merchandise Authorisation Form (WHU-0112-SA), indicating the reason for the return.

“The ABO must return the product to Amway South Africa (Pty) Ltd, together with the Return Policy Merchandise Authorisation Form (WHU- 0112-SA). Product may be exchanged or refund amount credited to your ABO account with Amway South Africa (Pty) Ltd, to be used for subsequent ordering that month.“ (Business Handbook, part 4; Policies and Procedures)

When returning a product under this guarantee, the following applies:

1. Stock must be returned with a completed Return Merchandise Authorisation Form (WHU-0112-SA).2. On receipt of the goods and the documentation, your return will be processed and the refund duly made.
