OPERATING SPECIFICATIONS:All models feature individually driven high quality PVC rollers, a receiving conveyor 5, 7, 9 or 12 feet long,a perpendicular belt transfer with a vertical movement (actuated by a pneumatic cylinder) and motorized returnrollers of varying widths and lengths as specified below.
Upon detection of the end of board, the receiving rollers retract and the board is carried to the return rollers by thetransfer belts. The receiving and return conveyor speed is adjustable 40 to 120 feet per minute. The belt transferspeed is fixed at 180 feet per minute. BTRS-69 and BTRS-70 feature canted return rollers.

The BTRS3-68 returns everything to the operator.The material arrives on theside of the rip saw table, twoinches lower than the tableheight.
The BTRS-71 returns everythingto the operator, on the side ofthe rip saw table, at the sameheight as the table.
The BTRS-70 returnseverything to the operatoronto the rip saw table at thesame height as the table.
Modification of the rip sawtable is required if distrance"A" is longer than 18".
The BTRS-69 returns only the materialto be reripped directly onto the ripsaw table. Parts on the right-handside of the cut line fall into a storagebin. A belt conveyor can be installedto meet other requirements.Modification of the rip saw table isrequired if distrance "A" is longerthan 18".
