Attitude is everything!

“Attitude is Everything”From: Charles Swindoll

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude to me, is more than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do. It is more important than appearance, inherited attributes or skill. It will make or break a company...a person...a home.

“Attitude is Everything”From: Charles Swindoll

The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play the one unknown card we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

“Attitude is Everything”From: Charles Swindoll

And so it is with you...we are in charge of our attitudes.

What is Work Ethic?

I expect you to show up to work every day you are scheduled no matter what.

I will do my best, but things happen and I can’t always make it.

I expect you to be at your workstation when the work day starts.

I would be on time, but the boss never is so why should I?

I expect you to follow the instructions your supervisor gives you.

I will follow the instructions of my supervisor however I often know a better way of doing a task.

I expect you to be a team player and get along with the people who already work here.

I just need to do my job. I don’t need get along with my coworkers.
