SECTOR ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES

To Implement affirmative action measures for designated groups (i.e. Blacks, women and

persons with disabilities) in order to ensure their equitable representation in all

occupational levels by taking their representation and unique factors in the sector into

account by:

Setting 5-year targets for the various population groups in terms of race and gender for the middle-to-upper four occupational levels in the sector starting from 2020;

Setting 5-year targets for persons with disabilities across all occupational levels in the Sector starting from 2020.
