WHAT WE CARE?

More than a choice, taking exceptional care

of our livestock is a commitment to us. Be-

cause you expect our products to be excel-

lent, we spare no effort in quality control. And

it starts with the welfare of the animals in our

partners’ farms.

In poultry farming, for example, we incubate our eggs

in a temperature-controlled environment where ventila-

tion and humidity are carefully calibrated to ensure that

the chicks growing inside are healthy even before they

hatch. After birth, the chicks are allowed to roam freely

under the watchful eyes of trained Sadia veterinarians

and technicians.

Our quick freezing process guarantees food

part of the Sadia Total Assurance Programme,

from farm to supermarket, and it’s monitored and certiied by both Brazilian and foreign authorities.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with nonstick aluminum foil.

Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper all over the

chicken.

Place the chicken in a large mixing bowl and add all ingredients together and

marinate for 2 hrs.

Arrange them on the prepared baking tray and bake at 200°C for 10 mins.

Sprinkle coriander leaves and sesame seed on drumettes.

Ready to serve.

Dice Sadia’s Rosemary & Lamb Sausages, peppers, onions, garlic.Slice Sadia’s Smoked Gouda Cheese Sausages 1/4” length weise.Crack eggs and lightly beat them until incorporated. Salt and pepper to taste. Sauté rosemary & lamb sausages, then add onions, garlic, thyme, and peppers. Salt & pepper to taste. Add thyme for extra lavour if desired. Cook until soft. Pour in beat eggs and let simmer in pan until fully cooked through. Cover with lid if needed. Set aside to cool.Lightly pan-fry smoked gouda sausage until brown on surface.Assemble inal dish by slicing frittata into squares, followed by 2 sausage halves, then layer cucumber onto bamboo skewer in S-shaped manner to form Christmas Tree shape. Top off with a star-shaped yellow pepper.

Mix pork with eggs, lour and salt in a bowlIn a medium-sized pot with hot oil, fry pork ribs(for at least 10 minutes)Dish out and place on some kitchen papertowels to drain the oil and set aside.Cut onion into 2 to 3 inches long, and pineappleinto semi-circular piecesAdd 2 tablespoons oil to the wok over high heattill hot, add onions and fry pineapple for 4-5minutes. Add tomato sauce and pineapple juiceand sugar, mix well and cook.Add in the pork ribs and serve.

Steam the herbs with 500ml water for 5 minutes.

Place chicken over an aluminium foil.

Stuff half of the herbs in chicken and place the rest

around the chicken.

Pour the water used to steam the herbs inside foil with

the chicken.

Wrap the foil up into bundle

Steam chicken for 2 hours.

Add salt to taste, then serve.
