Nørdus—This collection embodies the Scandinavian lifestyle and nourishes us with cosiness and warmth. A Nørdus panel is composed of a top layer of real wood veneer, a core of 18mm MDF and a backing of real wood veneer. The top layer is always a jointed veneer sheet composed using a mixmatch technique. In this process, strips of veneer wood from various trees with varying slicing methods are randomly jointed into a full sheet. This way, the panel looks like solid wood character without any visual interruption.

Product photography should only be used as a guide to colour and grading. Due to the size of the image together with the printing process and screen resolutions these should not be taken as a true representation of your floor. Variations to images will occur in both colour and grading.

Edge BandingMatching edge bandings have been developed for each look. This means that VidaSpace can provide the total solution and each project can be finished into detail.

Mixmatch TechniqueIn order to obtain a uniform surface, with different pieces of furniture forming a whole, wood veneer from different trees with varying slicing techniques is selected and randomly spliced into a sheet. Thus we get a view of solid wood without the downsides such as weight and curvature. Each board is different and yet matching, which leads to more ease of use and less trouble.

Moisture Resistant & Fire Resistant:

Moisture Resistant and Fire Resistant panels are available to order. Or purchase Flex veneer and lay on substrate of your choice.

Indent ordersUnique solutions and large project quantities will be processed as an indent order from suppliers. Please allow 12-16 weeks approximately. Contact our sales team 0800 119 388 to discuss your requirements.

Description & material specificationAny samples, drawings, images, descriptive matter, or advertising produced by us and any descriptions or illustrations contained in our catalogues, websites or brochures are produced for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They shall not form part of the contract or have any contractual force. The images of the products are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours will accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

ReturnsReturns will be subject to a handling charge of 20%, plus return carriage charge.

Open packs cannot be returned for credit.

Your right to returnPlease note our standard carriage terms:

1. All damages must be reported within 4 days.

2. Any damaged or missing goods must be signed for accordingly (ie “damaged” or “missing”). Phrases such as “unchecked” will not be accepted.

3. Your notice of intent to return damaged goods must be made within 14 days.

4. Before returning any goods a return order number must be obtained from VidaSpace Sales Department. Please write this number, together with the names of both sender and recipient, clearly on each unit being returned.

5. If goods are refused (ie not offloaded) please ensure that the documentation recording this also contains your representatives name, signature and date.

6. Please ensure that you obtain a name, signature and date from whomsoever accepts goods for return (eg, the van driver or VidaSpace representative).

7. Do not allow any driver to remove goods without documentation from his company instructing him to do so; such documentation may be arranged through VidaSpace transport department. NB If VidaSpace permission to remove is not obtained and the goods go missing VidaSpace will not accept any responsibility to issue a refund.

8. Please note that, in the case of special or timed deliveries, delivery charges excluded, VidaSpace cannot accept responsibility for consequential loss due to late delivery.

NB warranties only applicable to floors installed with VidaSpace fixing products and maintained with VidaSpace maintenance products, unless otherwise stated.

LimitationsShinnoki is not suitable for exterior applications where ambient environmental moisture content is likely to be elevated for extended periods such as interior swimming pools, sauna or industrial wet areas, All Shinnoki panels are made from genuine timber. Just as any timber product can change colour due to ultra violet light, Shinnoki veneer can also be affected. A change in colour or tone is therefore considered a natural characteristic, not a defect. In environments with exposure to direct or reflected sunlight, we strongly advise the use of sun blinds and protective UV film or glazings. Shinnoki is not suitable for high-wear applications such bench tops, counters or tabletops. Due to the natural variations in colour and grain found in timber, each sheet is different therefore your samples should be treated as indicative of that species. If you are unsure about the suitability of Shinnoki veneer in your projects please discuss with one of our specialists who will help you find a solution.

Handling and Storage• Avoid leaning panels against walls.

• Do not store or transport panels in direct sunlight.

• Store panels where construction traffic and construction activity will not damage panels.

• Treat panels as a finished product and avoid dragging panels on the outer surface or across other surfaces.

• Store only in dry interior conditions on a minimum of three bearers across the full width of the panels making sure to keep it flat at all times.

WarrantyAll VidaSpace products must be installed by a competent a qualified joiner and/or installer who has the necessary skills and experience and can take individual site circumstances into account. VidaSpace warranty will apply only to projects which have been installed, handled and maintained to industry best practice and New Zealand Building Code requirements. It is the responsibility of the specifier to determine the product is suitable and compliant for the application. To view a copy of the warranties, please contact our team.
