Cataloguing of the client data into respective attributes as per approved template by client.

Fixing Noun & Modifiers for that Material Checking the completeness and accuracy of the attributes. Value enrichment / Data Updating using catalogue, vendor manual, web site etc.

Reverting back to the client in case of incompleteness of attributes or for clarifications. Receiving missing information and ensuring updating the database. Collecting the data for codification of materials from user departments and identifying the formatted, non-formatted & generic items

Preparing the MM template for all the materials with the validated data Creating new material codes in MIDAS tool according to the material template. Changing/Amending the master data after getting confirmation from the vendor as per

the user requests Merging the existing material codes from one plant to another to avoid duplicates. Identifying and eliminating the duplicate items before creating new material codes. Creating new Material classes according to the material Characteristics & Specifications Data cleansing for the enrichment of the existing master data

Creation of master header according to the use of vendor data. Convert all Vendor data into format Cleanse all data to bring into a standard SAP format Collect un-available data through secondary sources Check for Duplicates in Existing system.
